How to access concessions

Most concessions will be paid automatically once members have joined the scheme and received a membership card. Membership details will need to be provided by members to Power and Water, Jacana Energy and their local council.

Your property rates, garbage charges, electricity, water and sewerage concessions are generally automatically deducted from your bill each quarter.

Members need to tell the NT Concession and Recognition Unit if their details have changed.
